All trips are subject to weather/tidal conditions. All prices and schedules quoted are subject to change without notice. Trips may be cancelled at the discretion of Reef Magic Cruises Pty Ltd. Cancellation fees may apply.

Go West Tours:

Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Western Travel Bug:

* non arrival or less than 72 hours notice before departure - no refund * more than 72 hours notice before departure - 25% non commissionable refund * cancellation fees apply as soon as Western Travel Bug accept/confirm reservation

Red Earth Safaris:

No refund will be given if cancellations are received less than seven days before departure.

Jungle Tours:

Day Tour Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Tour of 2 or more days, cancelled within 72hrs of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Prices are based on multi-share accommodation unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include airfares. All cruises are subject to weather and the vessel operator’s discretion. At certain times of year ‘dangerous’ jellyfish inhabit these waters and passengers should take care for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the owners or operators of the vessel will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death or any other consequences whatsoever of passengers being stung by jellyfish. To minimise this risk you will be provided with a full length protective ‘Snorkel Suit’ to wear whilst swimming and snorkelling during the cruise.
